In 2019 I travelled to Nepal with 30 teenagers from my local school in Scotland to work at a village school supporting the charity ‘Days for Girls‘, an organisation that educates girls and boys on sexual health and provides help to combat period poverty. This life changing experience also included a 6 day trek in the Mardi Himal mountain range, where we trekked up to the highest view point of the awe inspiring ‘fishtail’ mountain.
